Horizontal Plate Sparkle Type Filter Press

TECHNIC Filter Presses are available in wide range of ourput capacities, with different diameter and number of filter plates as per customer's requirements.  
Sizes available  :
8", 14", 18", 24" and 33" dia.
Construction :
TECHNIC filter press consists of a Sturdy 304/316 Stainless Steel( chamber with top cover bolted with eye bolts and wing nuts. A Filter cartridge assembly consisting of Horizentally arranged plates, supporting Screen, interlocking cups and filter media is fitted in the chamber by a centre bolt. A pump suitable to the product is connected with the unit and mounted on a suitable stand with castor wheels. Filter press can be supplied without pump in case positive pressure flow is already available. Where ever hot filteration is required the unit can be provide with jacketed chamber.
